Patients who loss at least mandibular bilateral second premolars, first and second molars and have mandibular anterior teeth (natural teeth, fixed dental prosthesis and implants), and wear well-fitted mandibular bilateral extension base removable partial dentures.

Patients with hypersensitivity to denture adhesives
Patients with poor judgment ability

Mandibular bilateral distal extension missing

The denture adhesive are applied to the intaglio surface of dentures generally once a day and are used for 14 (11 - 17) days. The results are compared with that from no application of denture adhesives.

VAS values for satisfaction with dentures with and without denture adhesives 14 (11 - 17) days after wearing the dentures.

VAS values except satisfaction, OHIP-14, food questionnaire survey,masticatory ability test and occlusal force test of dentures with and without denture adhesives 14 (11 - 17) days after wearing the dentures.
Age, gender, absorption status of the residual ridge, usage period ofdentures, Eichner classification,oral wetting condition, and so on.
