There were no significant differences in the baseline characteristics of the study patients in each of the three groups. The majority of patients were female, accounting for 77.8% in the high-dose of Curcured group, 88.5% in the low-dose of Curcured group, and 70.0% in the placebo group. The patient ages were also comparable across the three groups.
