Patients who has diagnosis of depressed disorder group, bipolar disorder and related disorder group, schizophrenia spectrum disorder and other psychiatric disorder group, anxiety group, obsessive compulsive disorder and related group, psychic trauma and stress causation disorder group, dissociation group, somatic symptom and related group, eating behavior disorder and eating disorder group, excretion group, personality disorder group.
2. Patients who will be able to obtain written informed consent.
3. Age of 20 to 80 years.

1. Patients who have received rTMS therapy in the past.
2. Patients who presents bvious dementia, depressive state of organic or symptomatic.
3. Patients whose symptoms have improved to the extent that they can be reinstated.
4. Patients who show severe episodes accompanied by psychotic symptoms, impending dilapidation thought or symptoms of tension, and symptoms recommended for electroconvulsive therapy.
5. Patients who have metal indwelling in the cranium or who have a pacemaker implanted in the heart.
6. Patients who have had a history of drug abuse.
7. Patients who have severe mental retardation.
8. Pregnant woman.
9. Patients who was considered ineligible by investigators.

Mental disorder with depressive state

Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) is performed.

Evaluation of improvement in depressive state by POMS and HAM-D.

Frontal cerebral blood flow by NIRS.
Volume evaluation of amygdala body by MRI.
