Case 1 First visit: 69-year-old female, first visit on November 5, Reiwa 1 (2019), at our hospital. Case 2 First visit: 81-year-old male, first visit on November 12, Reiwa 1 (2019), at our hospital. Case 3 First visit: 82-year-old male, first visit on November 19, Reiwa 1 (2019), at our hospital.

MOCA score: 3 8 (one month after the last administration: 10) No reports of side effects or complications Number of administrations: 6 Case 2 MOCA score: 10 22 (two years after the last administration: 14) Number of administrations: 6 Case 3 MOCA score: 3 12 (two months after the last administration: 8) Number of administrations: 6

During the study period, no occurrences of disease were observed

In Alzheimer's disease, improvement was noted using MoCA. This was a pilot study with only three cases and no control group, so statistical analysis was not performed.

The intravenous administration of autologous adipose-derived stem cells is safe and has potential efficacy in treating Alzheimer's disease

For the patients of this study, medical attendant doctor of the study should perform to take anamnesis and medical examination.
The patients should be selected whom understood the purpose of this study and obtained to an agreement by documents during persons who has Alzheimer dementia, and adaptable to the guideline of diagnosis.
The patients who acquired agreement of this study by free will of the person in a document, and age 40th to 88th, the sex do not matter.

The patient corresponding to the following standards excludes from a targeted patient.
1 The person that quantity of fat can't get enough for this study.
2 The patient who is dialyzing.
3 Pregnant patient.
4 The person who medical attendant doctor decide not to appropriate from the viewpoint of safety, ethic and science.
5 We need to confirm following anamnesis, and decide a competent judgement depending on having experience a blood transfusion or an organ transplantation.
However, if we did not confirm an such anamnesis at the time of first judgement, we have to reconfirm when we finally become able to confirm such anamnesis later.

1) Infection with bacteria such as Treponema pallidum, a gonococcus, the tubercle bacillus

the mesenchymal stem cells from autologous fat tissue

The stem cells from the self-adipose tissue will be intravenously admitted 5to9x10^7 cells three times every month ,and then two times every two month as a general rule ,five times in total at Nagituji Hospital.
For transfering the stem cells we have to use an intravenous feeding set for blood transfusion,and observe a patient for 15minites interval.After evaluating the effect of this therapy when the patient wants to get additional therapy ,an attendant doctor should decide the internal of transfering the stem cells.
