Seven older women participated in this study. The mean age was 69.9 +/- 3.2 years and the mean body mass index (BMI) was 22.5 +/- 3.4 kg/m2. One participant (14.3%) was classified as pre-frail. The mean score on the Japanese version of the HLS-EU-Q47 was 25.9 +/- 5.2, and all participants were categorized as having insufficient health literacy. The mean handgrip strength was 22.8 +/- 1.5 kg, and the mean walking speed was 1.3 +/- 0.2 m/s. |

Seven community-dwelling older women with insufficient health literacy were enrolled in the study. All participants completed the study, and no participants withdrew during the study period. Therefore, data from all seven participants were included in the final analysis. |
