1. Individuals who can give written consent to participate in the study of their own free will
2. Community-dwelling elderly people aged 65 to 75 years at the time of consent
3. Gender (Female)
4. Individuals who are independent in walking and daily activities
5. Individuals who have been determined to have reduced health literacy

1. Participants who are judged to be hearing impaired, visually impaired, central paralysis, severe orthopedic disease, or affected by medication.
2. Participants who have poor standing posture and significantly reduced balance ability.
3. Participants whose cognitive function is so significantly reduced that it is deemed to interfere with conversation and makes it difficult to complete a questionnaire survey.
