1. Patients diagnosed with resectable or borderline resectable pancreatic cancer who require biliary drainage. |

1. Patients who are unable to undergo endoscopic procedures. |

During endoscopic biliary drainage, the stent will be standardized to a PTFE-coated stent group. |
