1) Workers aged 20 years or older at the time of obtaining informed consent.
2) Workers with a habit of drinking alcohol at least once a month at the time of obtaining informed consent.

1) Workers who have ever received specialized medical treatment for alcohol use (such as brief intervention clinics/moderation programs or specialized dependency treatment facilities) from the past to the present.
2) Workers who do not wish to receive feedback regarding their alcohol-metabolizing enzyme-related genes (ADH1B, ALDH2).
3) Workers who are pregnant or lactating.

Not applicable to a specific disease (Alcohol drinking habits in the workplace or healthy workers).

The intervention consists of providing feedback on alcohol-metabolizing enzyme-related genes.
- Intervention Group: Participants receive standard informational leaflets along with feedback on their alcohol-metabolizing enzyme-related genes.
- Control Group: Participants receive only the standard informational leaflets.
A 12-month follow-up period will be conducted after the intervention. Following the completion of the 12-month follow-up survey, feedback on the alcohol-metabolizing enzyme-related genes will also be provided to the participants in the control group.

Feedback, Psychological

1) Change in weekly alcohol consumption from baseline to 12 months post-intervention.
2) Change in Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT) and AUDIT-C scores from baseline to 12 months post-intervention.

1) Change in weekly alcohol consumption, AUDIT scores, and AUDIT-C scores from baseline to 6 months post-intervention.
2) Change in the proportion of participants from baseline to 6 and 12 months post-intervention for the following items:
- Proportion of participants whose weekly alcohol consumption decreased by 25% or more, or 50% or more, compared to baseline.
- Proportion of participants whose AUDIT scores decreased by 25% or more, or 50% or more, compared to baseline.
- Proportion of participants who engage in Heavy Episodic Drinking (HED).
- Proportion of participants whose stage of change (transtheoretical model) improved by one stage or more.
3) Change in clinical health examination results and the proportion of participants with abnormal values at 12 months post-intervention for the following: body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, blood pressure, liver function tests, blood glucose tests, serum lipid levels, and liver fibrosis index (FIB-4 Index).
4) Subjective impact of the feedback on alcohol-metabolizing enzyme-related genotypes on the participants' own drinking behavior within the intervention group.
