Scientific Title	Alterations in emotional responses (pleasantness/ unpleasantness) induced by sniffing food odors in the stress environment

Baseline Characteristics	The healtht subject who agreed to participation in response to explanation of this study 18 years or older, and the person who is available for nasal breathing.
Participant flow	The study reduced the participation number of people for the purpose of prevention of infection of COVID-19. Furthermore, we obliged it to wearing of the mask at the load of the exercise for prevention of infection.
Adverse events	none
Outcome measures	The results revealed that the VAS scores of emotional responses due to the sniffing of each food sample did not differ significantly before, just after and 30 minutes after exercise (Grapefruit juice; p=0.331, Nizakana broth; p=0.133, Tomato juice; p=0.756, Liquid yogurt; p=0.295). However, the subjects who increased pulse rate felt more pleasantness by tasting Nizakana broth (r=0.535, p=0.015), the subjects who increased percutaneous oxygen saturation felt more pleasantness by tasting Grapefruit juice (r=0.547, p=0.013).
Brief summary	Even if physical activity increases by exercise, the VAS score emotional responses due to sniffing of each food sample does not change. However, when the change of body fluid and the circulatory system occurs due to exercise, the palatability associated with the taste may be affected.

	Exclusion Criteria	The person with rhinitis allergy and the person with the food allergy for food preparation of the testing.
