Low Back Pain

Intervention Group
Participants perform a 10-minute standing exercise program daily (10 minutes at the start of the work shift).
The program includes:
Lumbar and lower limb stretching
Controlled lumbar range of motion exercises
Core muscle activation (abdominal bracing)
Pelvic alignment control
Hip hinge movement training
Trunk rotation exercises

Change in neck and upper limb symptoms measured by Neck Disability Index (NDI) from baseline to 6 months
