1 Patients aged 18 years or older at the time of obtaining informed consent (regardless of sex).
2 Patients scheduled to undergo contrast-enhanced CT at the time of obtaining informed consent.
3 Patients who have provided written informed consent.

1 Patients weighing over 80 kg at the time of informed consent.
2 Patients with a history of allergy-like reactions to contrast media.
3 Pregnant patients.
4 Patients with eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73 m2.
5 Patients who are deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigator for any other reason.

All conditions requiring body contrast-enhanced CT

Written informed consent will be obtained from participants who are considered potentially eligible for this study. Participants will then be randomly assigned to undergo either the conventional contrast injection method (conventional method) or the simultaneous injection of contrast material and saline (simultaneous injection method), which will serve as the control group and the study group, respectively.

Quantitative evaluation: CT attenuation values, image noise, and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).
Qualitative evaluation: Visual assessment by radiologists, including image quality, lesion and organ conspicuity, and diagnostic performance.
