1 Patients aged 18 years or older at the time of obtaining informed consent (regardless of sex). |

1 Patients weighing over 80 kg at the time of informed consent. |

All conditions requiring body contrast-enhanced CT |

Written informed consent will be obtained from participants who are considered potentially eligible for this study. Participants will then be randomly assigned to undergo either the conventional contrast injection method (conventional method) or the simultaneous injection of contrast material and saline (simultaneous injection method), which will serve as the control group and the study group, respectively. |

Quantitative evaluation: CT attenuation values, image noise, and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). |
