treatment purpose

Patients with type 2 diabetes who are judged by their physicians to be eligible for GLP-1 receptor agonists. In addition, patients who understand the purpose of the study and have given written consent.

1) Patients who have difficulty in following the instructions of the principal investigator or sub-investigator
2) Patients who are judged by the principal investigator or sub-investigator to be unsuitable for this study

Change in HbA1c from baseline to 52 weeks after treatment initiation, stratified by baseline food preference and eating behavior.

Stratified by baseline food preference and eating behavior:
Proportion achieving target HbA1c at 52 weeks
Proportion achieving HbA1c <7.0% at 52 weeks
Change in body weight from baseline to 52 weeks
Change in body composition from baseline to 52 weeks
Change in handgrip strength from baseline to 52 weeks
Change in total energy intake and macronutrient intake (FFQ) from baseline to 52 weeks
Change in urinary albumin (or urinary protein in patients with diabetic nephropathy stage 3 or higher) from baseline to 52 weeks
