Prevalence of olfactory and gustatory dysfunction in patients with stroke.
Olfactory function will be assessed using Open Essence, and gustatory function will be assessed using the Taste and Smell Survey (TSS) questionnaire. The presence or absence of olfactory and gustatory dysfunction will be determined based on the respective assessment results, and the prevalence of each dysfunction will be calculated.

1. Association between olfactory and gustatory function and cognitive function, assessed using MMSE, MoCA-J, FAB, and other cognitive assessments.
2. Association between olfactory and gustatory function and motor performance, assessed using FMA, BBS, FAC, TUG, and walking speed.
3. Association between olfactory and gustatory function and dietary intake, including food consumption and energy intake.
4. Agreement and discrepancy between subjective olfactory and gustatory assessments using questionnaires and objective test results.
5. Longitudinal changes in olfactory and gustatory function between admission and discharge.
6. Association between olfactory and gustatory function and rehabilitation outcomes, including changes in motor function, cognitive function, walking ability, and activities of daily living.
Assessments will be conducted within 10 days after admission and within 10 days before discharge, as applicable.
