1. Patients diagnosed with endometrial cancer who undergo surgical treatment.
2. Patients aged 20 years or older and 90 years or younger at the time of consent.
3. Patients who have provided written informed consent to participate in the study.

Patients deemed unsuitable for inclusion in the study at the discretion of the physician.

1. Analysis of the viability, intracellular nucleic acid levels, and gene expression changes in endometrial cancer organoids treated with PARP inhibitors.
2. Evaluation of gene expression changes in organoids and T cells following co-culture with T cells and combined treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors and PARP inhibitors.
