Participants who meet all of the following criteria will be eligible for this study:

1. Individuals who wish to participate in the 8-week program and are able to regularly attend the group exercise classes at the designated facility.
2. Men and women aged 60 to 74 years at the time of informed consent.
3. Individuals who are able to independently perform basic activities of daily living.
4. Individuals who provide written informed consent to participate in this study of their own free will.
5. Individuals who have no difficulty performing moderate-intensity exercise, such as exercise that causes slightly increased breathing, for at least 150 minutes per week.
6. Individuals who use a smartphone on a daily basis.

Individuals who meet any of the following criteria will be excluded from this study

1. Individuals who have no intention of making exercise a habit, or who do not have an environment that allows them to incorporate exercise into their daily lives.

2. Individuals with any of the following diseases or conditions who have been judged by a medical institution to be unsuitable for performing exercise or similar activities

a. Severe cardiovascular disorders, such as myocardial infarction, or severe hypertension or diabetes mellitus.
b. Respiratory diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
c. Orthopedic problems, such as bone or joint diseases.
d. Individuals undergoing hemodialysis.
e. Other diseases or conditions that are considered to affect the individual's ability to perform the exercise or similar activities required in this study.

3. Individuals who have previously been diagnosed with arrhythmia, including tachyarrhythmia, bradyarrhythmia, or atrial fibrillation, and who have been judged by a medical institution to be unsuitable for performing exercise or similar activities.

4. Individuals who are otherwise judged by the principal investigator to be inappropriate for participation in this study.

Both

Healthy Individuals (Without a Habitual Exercise Routine)

1.Group exercise classes
Participants will attend a group exercise class, consisting of a multicomponent exercise program combining resistance training and aerobic exercise, at a designated exercise facility once per week. Each session will last approximately 60 minutes. The group exercise classes will be conducted from baseline to Week 8.

2.Aerobic exercise at home or other locations
Participants will perform exercises that reach the predefined moderate-intensity level set by the study device for 150 minutes per week over 8 weeks.

Change in body composition(muscle mass) from baseline to Week 8

1) Change in cognitive function test scores(Memory performance index) from baseline to Week 8
2) Change in physical function, including grip strength, the Two-Step Test, and the 30-Second Chair Stand Test, from baseline to Week 8
