Key inclusion & exclusion criteria	Inclusion Criteria	Participants identified as having hesitancy toward HPV vaccination based on responses to the HPV awareness questionnaire. Participants who indicate willingness to undergo a medical interview and are able to attend the hospital for the interview.
	Exclusion Criteria	Participants with difficulty communicating in Japanese. Participants unable to attend the hospital for the interview. Participants unable to secure sufficient time for the interview. Participants judged by the interviewing physician to be unsuitable for inclusion in this study for any other reason.

Intervention(s)		Participants with HPV vaccine hesitancy who consent to a medical interview will be identified through an HPV perception survey. Motivational interviewing will be conducted, and questionnaires will be administered before and after the intervention.
