Key inclusion & exclusion criteria	Inclusion Criteria	1.Physicians who list respiratory medicine as one of their five specialties in the Doctor Computer File (DCF). 2.Physicians who have examined at least one patient with MAC-PD within the past year. 3.Physicians who have fully understand the informed consent document and have voluntarily agreed to participate in this survey. 4.Physicians who are able to respond to the questionnaire through a dedicated web system using an internet-connected computer, smartphone, or similar device.

Primary Outcome(s)		The composite score (mean value on a 5-point Likert scale) of all eight items in Section 7, which assesses guideline-concordant clinical practice of MAC-PD in accordance with A statement on pharmacological treatment of nontuberculous mycobacterial pulmonary disease in adults-2023 revision and Japanese guidelines for the diagnosis of nontuberculous mycobacteriosis-2024 revision.
Secondary Outcome(s)		Respondent characteristics; the survey items corresponding to the six components of the COM-B model (psychological capability, physical capability, physical opportunity, social opportunity, reflective motivation, and automatic motivation); the ranking of clinical goals, perceived difficulties, barriers to introducing or continuing additional treatment in refractory cases, and desired attributes of future treatment options; and free-text responses.
