Key inclusion & exclusion criteria	Inclusion Criteria	1) Individuals aged 18 to 59 years (inclusive) at the time of providing informed consent. 2) (Influenza vaccine cohort) Individuals who are scheduled to receive the influenza vaccine under the framework of voluntary or routine vaccination. 3) (Smallpox vaccine cohort) Individuals for whom smallpox vaccination is recommended for laboratory testing or other duties at the National Institute of Infectious Diseases (NIID), and who are scheduled to receive the vaccine. 4) Individuals who have provided written informed consent voluntarily based on a full understanding of the study after receiving a detailed explanation regarding their participation.
	Exclusion Criteria	1) Individuals judged to be ineligible by the principal investigator. 2) Individuals who did not provide informed consent.
