Key inclusion & exclusion criteria	Inclusion Criteria	1)Midwives working at medical institutions and healthcare facilities that handle deliveries and second-trimester abortions within the Tokyo metropolitan area (Tokyo and its three neighboring prefectures). 2)Individuals who have experience providing care for second-trimester abortions as a midwife. 3)Individuals who share their cases in the program must be those with 3 or more years of experience as a midwife, or those recognized as possessing competencies at CLoCMiP Level II or higher within the midwifery practice proficiency levels established by the Japan Midwifery Evaluation Organization.
	Exclusion Criteria	1)Individuals with a personal history of induced abortion. 2)Individuals who have no prospect of being involved in second-trimester abortions after participating in the program. 3)Individuals who are pregnant at the time of program participation. 4)Individuals with mental disorders. 5)Individuals who perceive themselves to be experiencing mental health issues. 6)Individuals who have difficulty communicating in Japanese.
