Key inclusion & exclusion criteria	Inclusion Criteria	Female and male participants aged 18 to 74 at the time of survey Participants who electronically signed the informed consent form after reviewing the explanatory document for this study If the participant is under 18 years old at the time of the survey, and electronic document indicatin that a parent of legal guardian has provided consent for participation in the study must be obtained

Health-related QoL and work productivity and activity impairment: EQ-5D-5L, SF-8, and WPAI
