All of the following
1. Patients under 18 years of age who have undergone general anesthesia and are scheduled for extubation
2. Cases in the operating room and outside the operating room (CT/MRI quality, radiotherapy room, catheterization room, general ward)
3. First enrolled cases at each study site during the study period

If any of the following applies
1. Non-intubated cases (airway securing with supraglottic devices is not excluded)
2. Patients with a tracheostomy
3. Patients scheduled for postoperative intubation management (patients who were not scheduled to be extubated at the time of the start of general anesthesia)
4. Cases in which the family or the patient refuses to participate in the study, regardless of the reason
5. Duplicate cases
