PD patients aged 20 and over who are receiving medical care at Keio University Hospital and affiliated research institutions, and their caregivers

Patients who cannot maintain a sitting position
Patients with severe cognitive impairment
Patients restricted from exercising due to heart disease, respiratory or orthopaedic diseases
Patients who cannot follow the instructions of healthcare professionals

Patients are invited to participate in online rehabilitation using Zoom meetings (twice a week for 40 minutes per session).
