This study will focus on recruiting college students who have not had any relevant orthopedic hospital visits or treatment in the past 6 months or more.

Muscle function and agility improvement

To compare pre- and post-assessment of motor function with an agility exercise program.
The agility exercise program consisted of a 20 m square gymnasium with a total of three sessions of a tag exercise, each session lasting 2 minutes with a 3 minute break between sessions, for a total of 9 minutes.
The comparison control group will perform a 9 minute comfort walk.
