Main evaluation items The results of the Friedman test, a nonparametric test, for the dementia nursing evaluation items were as follows: before participation in the training and education program (before the start of the lecture training), the mean was 26.52 with a standard deviation of 4.00; after the lecture training, the mean was 36.27 with a standard deviation of 3.57; after participation in the training and education program, the mean was 38.13 with a standard deviation of 6.66. The Friedman test was conducted using a four-point method. test, showed a significant increase in the number of those who gave a positive self-evaluation response throughout the pre-lecture-post-lecture-practice period (p>0.01). The number of respondents who gave a positive self-evaluation was significantly higher (p<0.01) at both the pre-lecture - post-lecture and post-lecture - post-practice periods. Secondary evaluation items The subjects' answers of "highly agree" and "agree" were 100% for the appropriateness of the lecturers, 100% for the practicability of the participants, and 93.6% for the overall satisfaction with the training. |
|
Participants were asked to complete the form before the start of the training lecture, after the lecture training, and after participating in the educational program, and the results were analyzed quantitatively and descriptively as data. The results showed that significantly more participants gave positive self-evaluations in the pre-lecture-practice, pre-lecture-practice, and pre-lecture-practice-practice periods. |
