Key inclusion & exclusion criteria	Inclusion Criteria	Adults aged 65 years or older living in Kanagawa Prefecture Able to use a smartphone independently in daily life Able to give informed consent voluntarily after receiving sufficient explanation No prior use of the "Oshiruco" application (new users only) Not certified as requiring long-term care and without diagnosed psychiatric disorders, with independent activities of daily living
	Exclusion Criteria	Individuals with medical conditions that would interfere with participation in this study Individuals judged as inappropriate for participation by the principal investigator

Intervention(s)		Promotion of the following behaviors through the installation of the Oshiruco application: One diary post per week One comment to other users per week Weekly reminder to participate in hobby groups At least three conversations per week with the AI chatbot "Nagomi" Weekly push notification from the Customer Success (CS) team Participation in the monthly badge program (one theme per month)
