Thirteen people (12 men and 1 woman) aged 40-60 who were working and had been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes

Of the 17 people who cooperated with the study, the intervention was carried out on 13 who gave their consent.

There were no adverse events of note.

There was no significant deterioration in the assessment of transition status, the Self-Regulation Scale for Promoting Social Life in Working Patients with Type 2 Diabetes, PAID, or PLS-R.

The transition of each participant was promoted, and there was no deterioration in the assessment of the transition status, the Self-Regulation Scale for Promoting the Social Life of Working Patients with Type 2 Diabetes, PAID, PLS-R, or planning evaluation items.

Nurses working at a hospital provide interventions to target people using a nursing model to promote the transition of type 2 diabetes to working people.
This nursing model consists of six interventions, and the intervention content consists of three phases.
In Phase 1, participants will listen to the process leading up to being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and the hardships they have faced since being diagnosed, in an effort to understand their own situation.
In Phase 2, you will try to deepen your thoughts about your own life with type 2 diabetes and how you can live your life with type 2 diabetes.
In Phase 3, you work on what you think is good for you, give meaning to your efforts, and strive to understand that you are living a new self.
