| ・スクリーニング検査日にAmerican College of Rheumatology (ACR)の基準により膝OAと診断された患者 ー 対象膝に痛みを有する ー X線画像所見にて対象膝に骨棘形成が認められる ー 少なくとも以下のうち1つに該当する患者 ・年齢＞50歳 ・朝のこわばりの持続時間＜30分 ・軋轢音（あつれきおん）を有する ・同意取得日の1年以上前より、対象膝においてOAによる疼痛を有する患者 ・スクリーニング検査日に撮影された立位正面X線画像所見でKellgren and Lawrence (KL) grade2又は3である患者 ・スクリーニング検査日及び被験者本登録日に、対象膝のWOMAC pain subscore 及び50-foot walk test scoreが50mm以上90mm以下である患者 ・スクリーニング検査日及び被験者本登録日に、対象膝とは反対の膝のWOMAC pain subscore及び50-foot walk test scoreが30mm以下である患者 |
- Patients diagnosed with knee OA according to the criteria of the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) on the screening test day: - Patients who have pain in the target knee - Patients who have osteophyte formation in the target knee on X-ray imaging - Patients who meet at least one of the following criteria: - Age > 50 years - Duration of morning stiffness < 30 minutes - Presence of crepitus - Patients who have had pain in the target knee due to OA for more than one year prior to the date of consent - Patients with KL grade 2 or 3 on standing anteroposterior X-ray imaging taken on the screening test day - Patients with WOMAC pain subscore and 50-foot walk test score of 50 mm or more and 90 mm or less in the target knee on both the screening test day and the subject enrollment day - Patients with WOMAC pain subscore and 50-foot walk test score of 30 mm or less in the opposite knee to the target knee on both the screening test day and the subject enrollment day |

| ・対象のOAが、外傷又はその他の疾患による二次性OAである患者 ・スクリーニング検査日又は被験者本登録日に、下半身に膝関節以外の症候性のOA（足OA、股関節OA等）を有する患者 ・スクリーニング検査日又は被験者本登録日に、下半身に対象のOAの評価に影響を与える可能性のある原疾患以外の疼痛を有する患者 ・スクリーニング検査日までに対象膝関節に対する外科的処置を受けた患者又はスクリーニング検査日前1年以内に対象膝関節に対する関節洗浄等の侵襲的処置若しくはPRP療法を受けた患者（関節液の排液は除く） ・スクリーニング検査日前1年以内に対象膝関節を除く下肢に対する外科的処置又は関節洗浄等の侵襲的措置を受けた患者（関節液の排液は除く） ・スクリーニング検査日前180日以内にいずれかの膝に対して副腎皮質ステロイド製剤、ジョイクルの関節注又はサイビスクディスポ関節注の関節腔内投与を受けた患者、若しくはスクリーニング開始日前28日以内にいずれかの膝に対してヒアルロン酸ナトリウム（HA）製剤（アルツディスポ関節注等）の関節腔内投与を受けた患者 |
- Patients whose OA is secondary to trauma or other diseases - Patients who have symptomatic OA in the lower limbs other than the knee joint (foot OA, hip OA, etc.) on the screening test day or subject enrollment day - Patients who have pain due to other primary diseases that may affect the evaluation of the target OA in the lower limbs on the screening test day or subject enrollment day - Patients who have undergone surgical procedures on the target knee joint or invasive procedures such as joint lavage or PRP therapy on the target knee joint within one year prior to the screening test day (excluding joint fluid aspiration) - Patients who have undergone surgical procedures or invasive procedures such as joint lavage on the lower limbs other than the target knee joint within one year prior to the screening test day (excluding joint fluid aspiration) - Patients who have received intra-articular injections of corticosteroids, Joyclu, or Synvisc in either knee within 180 days prior to the screening test day, or intra-articular injections of sodium hyaluronate (HA) products (such as Artz Dispo) in either knee within 28 days prior to the start of screening |
