The patients who were diagnosed with cervical spondylotic myelopathy, Lumbar disc herniation, Lumber spinal canal stenosis, Carpal tunnel syndrome, Osteoarthritis od the hip, Osteoarthritis of the knee or Chronic low back pain and his symptoms continue more than three months. |
