1) Patients with spinocerebellar degeneration who meet the diagnostic criteria of Definite or Probable according to the Intractable Disease Information Center of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan.
2. patients with clinically established MSA or clinically probable MSA according to "The Movement Disorder Society Criteria for the Diagnosis of Multiple System Atrophy Patients with multiple system atrophy
Patients with Parkinson's disease who meet the criteria for Clinically Established PD or Clinically Probable PD in the MDS Clinical Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson's Disease.
4. patients with progressive supranuclear palsy who meet Probable PSP or Possible PSP in "Clinical Diagnosis of Progressive Supranuclear Palsy: The Movement Disorder Society Criteria
5. patients with basal ganglia degeneration who meet Probable CBD or Possible CBD in "Criteria for the diagnosis of corticobasal degeneration
6. patients admitted to the Department of Neurology with diseases other than 1-5 who have ataxia of the upper limbs
7. patients admitted to the Department of Neurology with diseases other than 1-5, who do not have upper limb ataxia.
(3) Patients who can move their upper limbs with sufficient range of motion on their own.
(4) Patients who have given consent to participate in this study.

(1) Patients with motor impairments in the upper extremities that are difficult to evaluate
(2) Patients with visual acuity or visual field impairment that is difficult to evaluate
(3) Patients with cognitive impairment that makes evaluation difficult
(4) Other patients who are judged as inappropriate by the physician.

18age old over
No limit

Both

Spinocerebellar degeneration, multiple system atrophy, Parkinson's disease

The following parameters are to be measured in the finger-nose test using the VR device.
(1) Ratio of the length of the ideal trajectory to the measured trajectory
(2) Average of the deviation between each trajectory point and the ideal distance
(3) Displacement at the point of reaching the target
(4) Maximum distance past the target
(5) Time required for each execution and its variation

1) To analyze the correlation between the parameters obtained by the finger-nose test using the VR device and the existing evaluation scales (SARA, ICARS) in the disease group with ataxia using SPSS.
2) To compare the parameters obtained from the finger-nose test using the VR device between the group with ataxia and the group without upper limb motor impairment.
