Self-exercise rehabilitation with an emphasis on safety and convenience.
Basically, the movement should be in the standing position, and when performing it in a standing position, put your hands on a handrail, wall, or a stable chair.
The basic movement is a series of movements of stretching -> upper and lower limb exercise -> half squat -> stepping exercise -> hand grip -> walking.
The number of times of each item will be adjusted for each subject according to the target exercise intensity (old Borg scale 11-13), and the program will be completed in about 20 minutes. Allows for up to 3 repetition sets.

Amount of change from baseline in activity amount (MVPA: Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity (3.0METS or more min/day) hours) in rehabilitation intervention/non-intervention

SB: Sedentary Behavior (1.0-1.5METS min/day), LLPA: Low-Light Intensity Physical Activity (1.6-1.9METS min/day), HLPA: High-Light Intensity Physical Activity (2.0-2.9METS min/day) Time, daily steps, SF-36 (subscale scores), Gait efficacy scale, VAS joint pain assessment, kt/V, albumin, creatinine production rate, sodium intake, hospitalization events, Pittsburgh Rehabilitation Participation Scale
